But federalism should not be a sharp sword and cut taxes to bring mayors and governors to direct and close control of its citizens? At least that Umberto Bossi and his Northern League have told and magnified for years collecting Italians growing consensus, especially nell'elettorato of the richest regions of the country and therefore more intolerant towards the hexoses of

Now, however, that the League's green flag flies over several towns and some major regions of the North, the music has suddenly changed. Once you reach the celebrated trial of the decrees of federal reform, reducing taxes, nor Bossi nor its speak more. Indeed what emerges is rather a tax increase, accompanied by the introduction of new taxes. On the one hand, you plan to remove the block that prevented municipalities to increase the additional tax. On the other hand, is designed to extend to small non-tourist centers, the new tax residence hall opened by the Capitoline. With the addition of a review of the levy on waste collection, however, that points to a larger collection for local governments. E 'away the time when attacking the local finance will make life particularly difficult red administrators. Today, wearing the tricolor flag, even the Northern League mayors have realized that the recent moves of their friend Tremonti have emptied the municipal coffers and therefore it becomes necessary to reconstruct the texture somehow not to be forced to deny its citizens basic services. From the simple slogan " CUT WASTE " has increased sharply all'imprevista slogan of " PIU 'fees for all , throwing to the winds Bengodi repeated promises some kind of federal-tax purposes. But this is not only the cornerstone of their reform that the League are throwing into the sea. Also on the good intention to make more stringent the relationship between administrators and is administered in a solemn act reverse. The gimmick to introduce a tax, and increasing the tax on waste aims to fatten the coffers of Mayors relying mainly on the pockets of non-residents. Ie those who would thus be called upon to shell out more money from their pockets, but without a counterpart in the opportunity to express their agreement or disagreement on voting in local government. A malicious mischief to collect more money without paying duty on political consideration. That is a real mockery of much-vaunted principle of close monitoring by the voters. Already aroused the evil thoughts that, at the time of the vote, the parliament had not been even the faintest analysis on the costs and benefits of this so-called reform. Now there is evidence which proved instrumental improvisation Bossi and Berlusconi have moved on this issue. We can only hope that the political consequences of Arcore also help to close this ugly page.

Something Funny To Say On Someone's Profile Pic
'S' OTHER ITALY Gianfranco Fini
would be really pointless to deny the evidence: the design of future freedom and living a difficult time going through the phase when the most negative, with the manifestation of Mirabello, took his first steps. The controversies and divisions exploded after the Constituent Assembly of Mila ... no confusion created in that part of public opinion that there had been closely following and are obviously enjoying the supporters of President Berlusconi, who already imagine extending the fragile majority enjoyed by the House. Plausible hypothesis, given the current climate in the Palace and the many seductive weapons enjoyed by those who govern and has a financial and media power that it is prudent not directly opposing. Yet that is precisely the point that we must encourage them to persevere without excessive fears about the future. The difficulty of Fli and the newfound boldness of the leaders of the PDL are in fact all phenomena inside the political class, the feelings of those who fear for their status as a minister or parliamentary or those who aspire to become mayor, alderman or at less councilor. In society, the climate is different: there is concern about the economic and social situation, indignation at the moral decay in the first place that characterizes the political confrontation, dismay to the negative image that the known events in the world against Italy, distress for the future of young people. It is an Italy far from apathetic and resigned (just think of the incredible women's participation in the events of Sunday) and I remain deeply convinced that in Italy a large majority in this country in the current minority Parliament as real as an important item to have it THAT ' Italy moderate who voted for the center, which is not resigned to seeing betrayed or forgotten their beliefs and ideals. I think that people right and center that believes in the unity of nation and identity, respect for the institutions, in the sense of the state, the primacy of the law without impunity for anyone, in the meritocracy, the value of human dignity and then in the protection of all minorities, in the centrality of work in the economy, in the free market to produce wealth and the need to deploy it in a socially equitable, institutional reforms in order to bring about real New Republic. And only when you open the ballot box, come in a few weeks or two years, we will know if we have won our battle. As of now we know that it is worth trying with all the enthusiasm, the passion, the civil commitment of many people who invite us, without regard to the organization, to move forward. What that will do even more convinced after Milan.

February 10 National Day!
is coming February 10, "Day of remembrance" of the martyrs of sinkholes and 350,000 exiles from Istria, Venezia Giulia and Dalmatia, established by Act 92 of 2004. This date takes on in the year when our country turns 150 years, a value much deeper, reiterating the importance of a shared memory and consciousness of people. For years during the "Day of Remembrance" go down in the Italian squares colored with three colors, which we consider the best symbol to remember the many people to defend their Italian identity have lost their lives. Also this year we will be in schools, universities, public squares and in meetings with local authorities, events, concerts and film screenings.
The main event is definitely one of 5 February in Florence, Piazza Savonarola 17.00 will start the procession in memory of the martyrs of the sinkholes, organized by the students of the Young Italy.
We believe it is our duty to defend and promote national identity, and this year more than other years, we are given the opportunity to speak about those who are examples, often deliberately forgotten in our history. The challenge is formidable as ever, but we are certain that once again, proved to be ideal.

Youth unemployment: record is
The problem of work for young people, is becoming more macroscopic, becoming gigantic whenever the Istat presents data on unemployment. In a context of broadly stable, it turns out that the situation in our country who are under 25 years became increasingly black, hitting the lowest level since 2004 (the year the National Institute of Statistics began collecting the series Historical monthly).
The crisis has had a particularly on the shoulders of the younger generation, that's all attest to the numbers collected by Istat. Last November, in our country, the rate of unemployment remained virtually unchanged (-0.1% compared to previous months, +0.4% compared to 2009) at around 8, 7%, but youth unemployment has experienced a new, significantly increasing.
Among people aged between 15 and 24 years, the unemployment rate rose 1% on a monthly basis, reaching 28.9% in total, a record since 2004. Basically, 3 out of 10 young people unable to find work and must bend his head before a youth unemployment rate in recent months increased 2.4%.
If the situation in Italy is not good, the rest of Europe is not bursting with health. Moreover, looking at the latest statistics available, it is noted that the average registered unemployment rate in Euroland - confirming to 10.1% - slightly higher than Italian.
results better than the Italians have made them record Germany (6.7%) and Netherlands (4.4%), but in Spain - where the unemployment rate reached 20.6% - the situation is much heavier

guys go up in the car!
My story is emblematic, where you can learn a lot about what the true value of life. At age 21, I almost lost everything to a trivial fall asleep driving home at midnight after an evening spent with friends, just when many young people head for the entertainment. I had to fight and draw on all my reserves of willpower, confidence and energy to start life anew. E 'then really unfair to risk their lives, but as many do every weekend and not only in unnecessary bravado to show that you are brave, when in fact it only proves to be immensely supidi derogatory and not the danger, but of their own and others' safety.
Around midnight I was walking home after an evening spent with friends, when a few hundred meters from my house caught me fell asleep, lost control of the car and I crashed into a tree. The shock was terrible and my conditions were regarded as very serious: the autopsy report drawn up after the emergency hospitalization all'arcispedale S. Maria Nuova, Reggio reported "head trauma with loss of consciousness, fractured pelvis, jaw and composed of the legs. "I was immediately subjected to some action to keep me alive, I was able to afford performed a tracheotomy to breathe with a tube, I was subjected to Parma to reconstructive surgery of the jaw, I cast on her legs and one foot was crushed I pinned under the pedals and the pelvis.
After awakening, which occurred about three months later, he started the hospital Brands Villa (at the center of functional recovery) my fight to return as they are now: In addition to fractures leg and pelvis have had to overcome the trials of illness on a wheelchair, which lasted about 70 days. Now, after 15 years, I can proudly say that I won The hardest part of my life.
Now I understand what really is the life! Before I did not think, I did not give importance to certain attitudes that now they make me think. Now pay much more attention to my actions, are more cautious. To be more careful about personal safety as long as you do not think you do not have direct experience similar to mine. There are many young people every weekend at stake their lives on the streets, I can not understand what fun can be in filled with alcohol while you are at the pub or club and then get behind the wheel without realizing that this can cause damage not only to themselves but to others. To them I would say that "seeing death in the face is exciting only in the movies

Uterine Polyps Unnumerable Cause
Meloni here
From: http://giorgiameloni.garbatella.it/
Youth Minister rejects the accusations made by the government of not listening to the voices of protest to the streets of
Flavia Amabile
Giorgia Meloni, Minister of Youth, the President of the Republic laments the gap between the government and young people . E 'right?
First I thank the President of the Republic because it has chosen to put young people at the center of politics. No one can think that being young is a problem that affects individual and the community. E 'must consider not only us but also what we leave behind. It is true, there is a problem between politics and people. It 's a difficult time, and the indifference of the media policy of offering only the deteriorating aspects of the policy does not help. Who does something really hard to get exposure, but whoever insults get pages that do nothing for sure that even more young people away from politics.
In reality, however, disagree on the fact that young people are far away from politics. I deal with this for almost 20 years, I started as a little girl and I am still president of a youth movement. I still see a lot of interest, a great turnout. And basically, if you think about it, forty years ago it was easier. In the economic boom, there were more economic and security guarantees. Today, the insecurity would lead to only worry about their own personal success, but many still choose to volunteer in a political movement showed much courage and desire to participate. I do not believe that there is a disconnect between politics and young people.
Between politics and young people maybe not, but among young people and institutions. That 's what people who actually complains took to the streets to protest against the reform of the university.
No, not even this statement is not true. Ours is a government that has had the courage to face the problems that others had returned. Maybe it does not mean concerns of young people standing rimerrere a system of schools and universities prepare today's students, nor make them competitive and able to find work? We could worry about their jobs to ensure those who work in schools and universities today and instead we preferred to think of many that will have to find a job in the future. It 's a choice that does not bring votes but maybe it can create a future for many. Yet those who protest is not aware of it or of the fact that we are the government which has created social safety nets for the precarious and is building the working groups to discuss with young people in many subjects, from fighting the mafia to the creation of productive activities .
But you're the government that has cut funds for education.
The cuts were and have been restored. The reform distributes resources according to merit. It had been years in the student movement asked for it. Students evaluate teachers, this was one of the requests. Who holds a professorship must demonstrate that work for 1500 hours per year. And then barred entry to universities in the whole pedigree of the lecturers. How do you protest a reform that?
The cuts were there. Also on scholarships figures speak for themselves.
The cuts were 3% in total. We had to find 34 billion for social safety nets for the precarious, a figure equal to almost three financial laws, somewhere had to reduce the resources but the cuts at the university were the most content. Especially if we think that is an area where 90% of the expenditure is for salaries to be paid. And since 1999 the faculty grew by 24%, but the students ol 7%. It was a problem to be addressed, and we did it because we are interested in the future of young
Young people accuse the government of not having been heard. The
CNSU (National Council of University Students) had many meetings to develop the reform. And I always said to be ready to go and talk anywhere, but you know what happens if I go to university? That my presence becomes an issue of public policy.
The President of the Republic, however, has invited you to listen to young people
And I thank him for speaking of young, but this is not the government that cares about young people. Although I am the owner of a minister without portfolio, and despite the crisis, I found 300 million and developed a package of policies which we called "Right to the Future." We will recruit 10 000 young unemployed and precarious workers who are under 35 years and older, offer bank guarantees to 10 000 poor couples under 35 years are unable to access a loan. We have provided a loan of honor for deserving students and inserting 30 000 of 20 000 young people in the world of work. Will fund projects to 40% of young talent. and we also opened 21 points of free advice for young people in universities who want to start a business and do not know how to do it because they are sons of art. We have expanded the categories of temporary social safety nets for the first time in the history of the Republic. We are very confident that this government does not listen to young people?
